Nurse Practitioner
Holly Holston, PNP, is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner who joined the Commonwealth Pediatrics team in 2023. Holly’s educational journey took her from Penn State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Health Policy Administration, to Virginia Commonwealth University, where she completed her Master of Science in Nursing.
Holly’s heart belongs to pediatrics, and she has a particular interest in pediatric asthma and obesity management and prevention. To her, kids are the best patients—vibrant, fun, and full of potential. What she loves most about her job is collaborating with her young patients and their families to develop successful healthcare plans. Holly believes in the power of encouragement and takes every opportunity to boost a child’s self-confidence.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys exploring new places, especially those with palm trees, as well as cooking, reading and spending quality time with her family.
