  • From Richmond City Center: Take I-195 West. Merge onto the Downtown Expressway (portions toll). Exit onto Powhite Parkway towards VA-150/VA-288/US-60. Proceed on Powhite Parkway (toll) to the Jahnke Road East Exit. Bear right at the fork in the ramp. Stay straight and turn LEFT at the traffic light onto Hioaks Road. Commonwealth Pediatrics is the first driveway on your right.

  • From the West (Charlottesville): Take I-64 East to I-195 South to Powhite Parkway. Proceed on Powhite Parkway, cross the James River, and continue on Powhite Parkway (toll) to Jahnke Road East Exit. Bear right at the fork in the ramp. Stay straight and turn left at the traffic light onto Hioaks Road. Commonwealth Pediatrics is the first driveway on your right.

  • From the North (Fredericksburg): Take I-95 South to I-195 South to Powhite Parkway. Proceed on Powhite Parkway, cross the James River, and continue on Powhite Parkway (toll) to Jahnke Road East Exit. Bear right at the fork in the ramp. Stay straight and turn left at the traffic light onto Hioaks Road. Commonwealth Pediatrics is the first driveway on your right.

  • From the South (Petersburg): Take I-95 North to Chippenham Parkway North. Proceed on Chippenham Parkway to Jahnke Road East Exit. Bear right at the fork in the ramp. Stay straight and turn left at the traffic light onto Hioaks Road. Commonwealth Pediatrics is the first driveway on your right.
