Ainee De Guzman, DO, joined the Commonwealth Pediatrics team at our Harbour Pointe office in 2025. She received her undergraduate degree from The University of Virginia before completing medical school at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and her residency at Inova Children’s Hospital. Dr. De Guzman is a member of the Sigma Sigma Phi Honor Society.
Dr. De Guzman chose pediatrics because of the opportunity it gives her to make a meaningful impact in children’s lives as they grow. She also finds caring for kids brings a lot of joy and energy to each day, making it very rewarding. Within pediatrics, she is especially interested in preventative health.
Outside of the office, Dr. De Guzman enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing the piano. A Richmond native, her favorite local place is Maymont Park.
