Alice Condro, MD, is a board certified pediatrician who has been with the Commonwealth Pediatrics team since 1993. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Harvard University and went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Condro completed her internship and residency at the prestigious Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where she also served as Chief Resident. Her commitment to the well-being of children and her outstanding service in training future pediatricians earned her the Benjamin Ritter Award.
Dr. Condro’s expertise spans all areas of pediatrics, with a particular focus on child development. She chose this specialty because it was her lifelong dream to become a pediatrician, and her favorite aspect of the job is building relationships with her young patients and their families. She finds immense satisfaction in helping children when they are unwell and witnessing their growth and development over time.
Outside of work, Dr. Condro enjoys reading, attending theater productions and indulging in her passion for music. She also cherishes visits with her three grown children and extended family in various cities.
