We recognize and honor Dr. Domer and the care she provided, as well as the compassion she brought to our practice.
Dr. Jennifer Domer, MD, FAAP, was a dedicated, board certified pediatrician who cared for families at Commonwealth Pediatrics from 1999 to 2026. She earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Virginia, where she developed her passion for caring for children.
We want to reassure all families of Dr. Domer’s patients that our team is here to support you and ensure continuity of care.

Honoring Dr. Jennifer Domer’s Legacy
The Dr. Jennifer Hollar Domer Scholarship Fund was created to celebrate Dr. Domer’s life, compassion and lasting impact on the children she cared for throughout her years at Camp Easterseals Virginia. This camp held a very special place in her heart, and the fund helps carry forward her love for supporting children, families and meaningful experiences that make a lasting difference. Contributions help continue her legacy of service, kindness and dedication to helping children.
