Parul Little
MD, FAAP

Parul Little, MD, FAAP, joined the Commonwealth Pediatrics team in 2023 as a board certified pediatrician. Dr. Little completed both her undergraduate studies and her medical education at the George Washington University and its School of Medicine and Health Sciences, respectively. Dr. Little further honed her expertise through her Pediatric residency training at Thomas Jefferson University/A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children. With a career spanning two decades, including ten years in a pediatric emergency room, she has developed a deep understanding of children’s healthcare needs.

Within the field of pediatrics, Dr. Little is particularly interested in primary care and pediatric emergency medicine. As a pediatrician, she finds unparalleled fulfillment in watching children grow into adulthood, providing them with essential care, and supporting their journey toward a healthy future. Dr. Little’s favorite aspect of her role is the unique perspective children offer on the world—they tell the most captivating stories, laugh with unbridled joy and exude innocence and honesty that brightens her daily life. She values the deep connections she forms with the families of her patients, striving for a collaborative approach to healthcare that aligns with each family’s values and goals. Dr. Little’s dedication to her profession is underscored by her belief that every question matters, especially when it helps families better understand the care they receive.

Beyond her medical career, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, trying out new restaurants, reading, baking and tending to her garden.
