Lauren Carroll, PNP, joined Commonwealth Pediatrics in 2005 as a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Florida. Lauren’s commitment to excellence earned her a scholarship for graduate school, where she obtained a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Virginia with a specialization in pediatrics.
Lauren’s passion for her specialty shines through in her daily work as a primary care provider. She cherishes the privilege of watching her patients grow and flourish, from the moment they come into this world until they reach the age of 21. While she excels in various aspects of pediatric care, including wound care and dermatology cases, her favorite part of the job is building lasting relationships with the children and their parents. Lauren’s own experience as a parent has deepened her understanding of the challenges and joys that come with raising children.
Outside of work, Lauren loves spending time with her husband and their two children. Lauren loves cooking, beach trips, and indulging in sports with her husband. Dreaming of visiting The Masters one day, she’s also an enthusiastic traveler with an extensive bucket list of destinations.
